Appointments

We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning during normal surgery opening hours, or in person at the surgery, or online via Patient Access.  Genuine emergencies will always be seen on the same day.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice, but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor. 

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 12 noon. Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.

Appointments are available during the hours listed below. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us, or come into the surgery to book an appointment, or book online via Patient Access .

Routine appointments can also be booked through the NHS App - www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/

We also offer appointments between 6:30 and 8pm on Monday evenings for our patients who find it difficult to get to us during our traditional surgery hours.

Staff Training

The practice closes for regular training sessions each month.  

We do this to ensure that our skills and knowledge are up to date and to undertake vital improvement work so that we can provide our patients with the best possible care.
